We are located at the Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital which is located in Thousand Oaks, California, south of Highway 101 between Rancho and Moorpark Road. The hospital, in Ventura County, is approximately 40 miles from downtown Los Angeles and 50 miles from Santa Barbara. See driving directions.

Driving Directions

From 101 South
Take the Rancho Road Exit
Turn Left on Rancho Road
Turn Right on Robert Haaland Drive
Follow into parking lot entrance on left (You will see Medical Offices and Hospital)
Office entrance faces 101 fwy.

From 101 North
Take the #44 MOORPARK RD.
Turn Right on MOORPARK RD.
Turn on Left ROLLING OAKS DR.
Follow Rolling Oaks Dr. to the parking lot entrance just before end of road
Turn Left into parking lot entrance (You will see Medical Offices and Hospital)
Follow driveway around to parking lot on other side of building
Office entrance faces 101 fwy.
