We are located in the building right across the street from the Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital, in Thousand Oaks, California, south of Highway 101 between Rancho and Moorpark Road. We are in Ventura County, approximately 40 miles from downtown Los Angeles and 50 miles from Santa Barbara.See driving directions.

Exit Moorpark Rd.
Right off exit.
Left on Rolling Oaks Drive.
Left on small road before entering parking lot.
Right at T-intersection to enter circle road.
Exit circle road to enter parking lot for 425 Haaland Drive across from the hospital.

Exit Rancho Rd.
Left off exit.
Right on Haaland Drive.
Stay on Haaland Drive and enter circle road.
Exit first right into parking lot to 425 Haaland Drive building across from the hospital.
